Xploring gender together - family playgroup (children ages 4-8)
A 2.5 hour group that meets monthly for gender expansive youth and their parents and siblings. Families will participate in a family project, then all children attend a playgroup while the parents attend a parenting group. Designed to increase comfort with gender diversity and foster support as families navigate the world with a gender expansive child.
Xploring gender group (children ages 9-12)
A 1.5 hour group offering gender expansive children a facilitated space to discuss and explore issues related to gender identity and expression.
Expanding your Toolbox group (teens ages 13-15 and 16-18)
A skill building group that will help trans and non-binary teens develop a toolbox of strategies to cope as they navigate the world around them. With a strong focus on mindfulness, this group will help teens manage depression, stress, anxiety and dysphoria.
Xpress yourself group (teens ages 13-15 and 16-18)
This group will use the arts to explore identity and authenticity while building a community of gender diverse peers.

Parenting gender expansive children group (for parents with children ages 8 & under and 9-12)
A 1.5 hour psycho-educational parenting group with a focus on mindful parenting. This group will discuss and explore the unique issues that arise from parenting a gender expansive child.
Parenting transgender and/or non-binary teens group (for parents with teens 13+)
A 1.5 hour psycho-educational parenting group with a focus on mindful parenting. This group will discuss and explore the unique issues that arise from parenting a trans and/or non-binary teen as well as parenting during the complex and often challenging developmental stage of adolescence.
Parenting between the intersections of autism and gender workshop (for parents with teens 13+)
This 6 session workshop will explore the intersecting themes of both the spectrum of Autism and Gender. The workshop will be a mixture of psycho-education on parenting neuro-atypical transgender/non-binary teens/young adults and building community.
