SAYFTEE, a queer-owned group private practice in the Boston area, is a growing, fun, dynamic, and team-oriented group of clinicians. We value working collaboratively and helping improve the health and wellness of our communities. We are looking for independently licensed Mental Health Clinician(s) who will provide individual therapy with adults and/or children and adolescents within a group practice team. The Mental Health Clinician(s) will provide outpatient therapy to clients of SAYFTEE, LLC both remotely and at our on-site location.

Compensation is a flat fee rate based on income received. We welcome therapists with a niche(s) (trauma, disordered eating, IFS, EMDR, children, adolescents and families, etc.).  SAYFTEE provides a steady stream of referrals. Candidates must be independent, driven, creative, collaborative, and enhance our committed, connected, and positive minded group of clinicians. As a team, we strive to have a group of clinicians that reflects our communities and client populations. Clinicians who identify as BIPOC, transgender, nonbinary and/or queer are particularly encouraged to apply to join our team. The candidate will be employee status (W-2).
